Being the Founder of JKS Advisory allowed me to leverage my personal goal embed into the company, which is I am being able to delegate men to work in the right place and position according to their interest and expertise. Typically, companies that generate multi-million dollar revenues maintain strict compliance with KRAs and KPIs via an autocratic management approach. My focus, however, is on creating a collaborative environment where the team actively strengthens the company’s foundations and is challenged to provide bespoke solutions tailored to client requirements.
I firmly believe that, through a laissez-faire management style, the team can bring vitality to the results, provided they are first thoroughly trained, possess strong personal beliefs, and exhibit unique creativity.
